Project length - 1 week
The project was to make utensils just using hand tools. I wanted to take a minimal approach and let the materials tell the story. I decided to use brass and walnut as my materials, given their complimentary visual appeal. The pattern on the brass plate was hammered and treated with acid, giving the product an organic look.
