Project length - 14 weeks
The hypothesis of the studio is that an intentional misuse and/or evolution of typological form/content relationships may allow new possibilities for our built environment to emerge. The project includes one constant program (transportation hub) that will merge with another program that best fits the parameters of the site. The project’s form will then be derived from the roots of the pure typological forms of each program, afterwards mutated together to show how the project may work in "new ways’. The then mutated form is able to reconcile the multiplicity of priorities and constraints.
